The MngMint is committed to representing independent artists with the highest creative integrity.
We strive to place our artists in front of a curated audience, specific to their sound,to build strong fan and industry followings from the ground up.
The music industry is full of radio chatter... and we are here to help our artists cut through the noise and give the world what it needs.
Why do we do it?
Our goal for our artists is to give them complete control over their creative endeavours and to guide their product to people who will appreciate its inherent artistic value.
After seeing far too many quality artists fall victim to the corporate idea of what they should represent in their music and art, we decided to step up and step in with other boutique management agencies who are moving towards a more artist-centric approach to artist development.
We have a passion for connecting our artists with their niche and placing them in front of the RIGHT labels and venues, not just the most well-known.

Who does she think she is?
At the helm of the MngMint ship is Kristina Ferris.
In 2015, Kristina moved back to LA after a successful 8 year career in live performance, events coordination, production and talent management in Dubai.
She spent her first years back moving in some seriously talented underground circles (artists now backing Anderson .Paak, Kali Uchis, Haim, Alina Baraz, Nas and many more) learning the ropes of the LA market and building her network.
The one thing she noticed was that these musicians were creating some of the wildest sonic landscapes while being stuck in the supporting role of other, more established acts.
The biggest thing holding them back?
Passionate and involved representation.
So she spent some time observing the shortfalls, building her
business model and honing her approach. Now, 4 years on,
she's managing some of the freshest talent both internationally,
and within the US.
